“Bang, bang, bang…”On the project site of Quanchengxin Precision Circuit Co., Ltd. located in Xiaochang Economic Development Zone, the pile drivers are hitting the ground forcefully, the earth moving vehicles are shuttling, and workers are as busy as bees.
The project site covers an area of 224.88 mu, with a planned investment RMB totaling 1.2 billion and a total construction area of 169, 700m2. Such a heavily-invested project acts as another “powerful member” of the Xiaochang County Industrial Project.
Quanchengxin is a Taiwan funded company, headquartered in Shenzhen. Xiaochang Project Manager of Quanchengxin answered the question how Xiaochang County attracted Quanchengxin to launch an investment project here from Shenzhen, away from Xiaochang more than 1,000km: “officers of Xiaochang County Government have paid a visit to our headquarter in Shenzhen for dozens of times to conduct a face-to-face communication and coordination with us. We feel touched by their sincerity on the one hand, and Xiaochang has provided us with substantial policy support on the other hand.”
Quanchengxin is engaged in manufacturing and selling of 4 to 20-layered high-precision multilayer printed circuit boards. The products include motherboards, graphics cards, etc., which are mainly used in computers, automobiles, home appliances, network equipment, etc. The customers are distributed at home and abroad, including many well-known companies such as Asus and Lenovo.
Quanchengxin plans to officially put the project into production in October 2020. After put into production, the project will demand nearly 1,000 employees, and the total number of employees may exceed 2,000 in the later stage. The Company plans to hire a group of management trainees in the next few months and send them to its headquarter in Shenzhen for training, said Li Jiao. They will take the post directly after the completion of the project. After the project is put into operation, Quanchengxin will annually produce 1.8 million square meters of high precision multilayer printed circuit board with annual output value of RMB 2.5 billion.
